Offshore Call Center Industry Faces Looming Threats to Future Opportunites
The Philippines has been declared as the top destination for the call center outsourcing industry after having surpassed its Indian competitors. There have been a couple of reasons provided as to why the Philippines is regarded as such. In an article published in Outsourcing Insider entitled "Philippine Contact Centers Surpass Indian Competitors", we have discussed that what makes the Philippines a higher bargaining power is its manpower’s ability to speak and understand the English language very well. However, its Indian competitors have not been entirely neglected by business owners who are looking to delegate their customer service or voice support to a process outsourcing service provider as the Philippines’ main competitor is still approached for such type of services.

| CGI's (NYSE:GIB) Document Management Services to Provide Print and Mail Services to Canada Post |
CGI Group Inc., a provider of information technology and business process services, today announced that Canada Post (CPC) has renewed and will expand its relationship with CGI Document Management Services for the delivery of print and mail services. Since 2006, CPC has used CGI's document management services for printing and insertion requirements in Central and Eastern Canada.

| Miami University Plans Procurement Modernization with Accenture's (NYSE:ACN) Support |
Accenture is working with Ohio's Miami University on a strategic sourcing initiative to help the University reduce its total cost of goods and services. The five-month engagement began in October 2011, following a six-week spend assessment in which Accenture helped the University identify and prioritize opportunities to lower total costs and improve processes.
